NOW HIRING: Business Manager/Finance Director
Kwiyagat Community Academy (KCA)

Kwiyagat Community Academy is seeking a Business Manager to perform daily transactional financials including, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.  In addition, the position will perform or will be trained to perform annual budgeting, monthly grant and school financial reports and reimbursement requests to the Charter School Institute, KCA Board of Directors, state agencies and private foundations, and work closely with the Ute Mountain Ute Finance Department. The Business Manager will be a Ute Mountain Ute Tribal Employee with generous health benefits and 401K package. The KCA Business Manager is a critical role that collaborates and works closely with many other departments and individuals.

Qualifications:

• Administrative and financial experience
• Excellent organizational, computing and communication skills
• Basic understanding of indigenous perspectives and Ute culture
• Experience with department-level operations and finance
• High level of interpersonal and collaboration skills

Salary: $ 35,000-$55,000 (based on experience). Benefits include Vision and Dental and 401K
